THE GRAND BALLROOM DINING SERIES BY FRENCH SALOON

 
For the very first time, Paris to Provence will play host to a Grand Ballroom Dining Series for one weekend only, with a menu of French classics by Chef Ian Curley and his team from French Saloon. Entry into the Dining Series begins unexpectedly as you cross the red carpet through a side window and find yourself cocooned in our beautiful private space.
 
The Louis-Era inspired Grand Ballroom will be full of joie de vivre with fine food, fine wine, twinkling chandeliers and live music from the grand piano. These intimate sittings will sell très quickly so book early to ensure your attendance.

Rise and shine with The Champagne Dame for a magnifique et éducatif 

Champagne breakfast matched to a menu of classic French brunch fare by Ian Curley - a continental selection, salmon and caviar blinis and fresh cold pressed juices. 

Kyla Kirkpatrick, one of Australia's foremost experts on the subject of champagne, will guide us through a morning of decadence, sharing the intriguing story, particularities and history of the world’s most fascinating wine with you.

Tickets $110 include a decadent breakfast by French Saloon and three expressions of French champagne, each talked to and explored with The Champagne Dame. 

Emerge from the Grand Ballroom and into Como Gardens to enjoy the bustling Paris to Provence festivities.

Join us for a three course lunch of French classic fare by Ian Curley and French Saloon. A selection of hors d'ouevres, salmon niçoise salad, steak frites, desserts and cheese await, accompanied by Maison Louis Jadot Petit Chablis and Pinot Noir Bourgogne. Live piano music from our pianist completes the experience. 

Tickets $125 per person, includes three course lunch and premium wines and beverages. Emerge from the Grand Ballroom after lunch and into Como Gardens to enjoy the bustling Paris to Provence festivities. 

four course french dinner

FRIDAY, SATURDAY & SUNDAY 6.30PM

As twilight settles on the festival, our Grand Ballroom comes to life, welcoming guests for a decadent four course dinner over the wonderful sounds of live music from the grand piano. From Hors d'ouerves through to petit fours and cheese, French Saloon's award-winning food and Maison Louis Jadot wines complement the experience perfectly.

Tickets $150 per person, includes four course dinner with premium wines and beverages. Enjoy the festial in the late afternoon before slipping into the Grand Ballroom to complete your day over fine wines and French fare.
