FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Which is the best day to visit?
All three days include the French marketplace, entertainment and activities. It really depends on specific timing of workshops you may like to attend based on your schedule. The Friday & Saturday evenings are just beautiful at twilight and the Sunday is the busiest. Crowds are at a peak around lunchtime, so arriving when the doors open is a nice way to avoid the crowds.
What does my entry ticket include?
Your ticket will give you access to almost everything onsite. This includes entry to the grounds, all games, live music and entertainment, childrens activities, French marketplace, Chef’s cooking demonstrations and all presentations/workshops. Masterclasses and tickets to the Grand Ballroom Dining Series are an additional price and can be booked ahead of time or on the day.
Can I purchase entry on the day?
Yes absolutely. Even if the online tickets have sold out or are no longer available, you can always purchase your ticket at the gate on the day you wish to attend.
Am I allowed to bring a picnic?
Yes, we encourage you to bring an empty picnic hamper and blanket and purchase all your beautiful Fresh produce onsite. There are extensive gardens and manicured lawns for your exclusive pleasure. Why not buy a baguette, some oozy French cheese and a few macarons all from our French marketplace and then indulge in a picnic lunch?
What if there weather is too hot/cold/raining?
We are an all weather event. We operated in torrential rain in 2011 and in steaming hot sunshine in 2012.
Can I prebook my tickets?
Yes! Tickets are available now by clicking here.
Is there wheelchair access?
Yes. We have an available drop off point directly in front of the main gate and the grounds are wheelchair friendly.
How can I become involved?
Each year we are contacted by potential volunteers, stall holders and partners. If you think yourself or your product would be a good fit for Paris to Provence then contact us via email at email@example.com
Can I bring my dog?
Dogs are of course welcome but please keep in mind the festival can get quite busy at times. Please ensure your pup is comfortable in a crowd.
